The Kubota FC3-221E is a multi-function work machine that has in versatility and manoeuvrability its winning characteristics.


Front mounted mower

As well as having an unrestricted view to the cutting area, front mower decks allow you to cut difficult to reach areas such as under bushes or low branches or seating benches.

Grass collection

The collection system removes any cuttings leaving a great looking and tidy grass area free from cuttings which can be irritating when walking or playing, particularly if the grass is wet.

High dump collector

Controlled from a single lever, the high dump discharge allows you to tip the cuttings into a trailer or onto an existing grass pile.

Road homologation

The machine comes road homologated from factory and can be driven on public road from the first running hours.

Performance

Powered by a Kubota engine and HST transmission the driveline efficiency ensures the mower deck and suction turbine is working to the optimum capacity.

Safety

Safe operation is paramount. ROPS protection and an operator presence shut-down system means no drivelines are engaged when dismounting the machine.

Comfort

Seating position and the ability to adjust the steering wheel to the individual requirements encourages a longer fatigue-free working day.

WORKING COMFORT

  • The monocoque platform is mounted on silent blocks that ensure less vibrations are transmitted to the operator.

ENGINE

  • Kubota's liquid-cooled Kubota D902 three-cylinder diesel engine with emission level V produces a whopping 21.6 hp (15.9 kW) from a displacement of 898 cc.
  • The high ease of maintenance of the engine keeps daily checks pleasantly short.
  • The 30-liter fuel tank guarantees a large workload without having to refuel often.

DRIVELINE

  • Hydrostatic transmission with 2WD
  • Two pedals control the forward and reverse movement of the mower, which can reach a forward speed of up to 11 kph.
  • The park brake ensures on incline terrain safe and reliable stopping and parking.
  • The differential lock can be used to react quickly to wheel slippage and prevent damage to the turf.

MOWER DECKS

  • The two rotary mower decks and the flail mower deck guarantee a clean, precise cut on lawns as well as in dense, tall grass.
  • A 112 cm (44”) or 126cm (50”) rotary mower can ideally match to the machine in terms of size and cutting throughput.
  • A 110 cm (43”) flail mower is available. The flail mower deck guarantees a clean, precise cut, on demanding lawns as well as in dense, tall grass.

GRASS COLLECTOR

  • Perfect combination of a powerful suction turbine and a large-volume grass collector for high-level discharge.
  • Fast and smooth collection and discharge of different cut materials.
  • The patented suction turbine offers decisive advantages such as a more effective collection process and greater stability of the machine.
  • The 600-liter capacity grass collector is conveniently operated from the operator's seat using the single-lever joystick.
  • A “tank full” indicator prevents from overfilling the collector.
