Jansen Equipment Warranty Conditions

All Jansen equipment sold by Stubbings Bros Ltd is sold assembled and tested by our workshop prior to delivery to the end user.

All Jansen equipment comes with a one year parts only warranty. The customer, if competent may carry out repairs themselves, if the customer is not competent, they may choose to use our (Stubbings Bros Ltd) return to base warranty policy.

Return to base warranty conditions; should the customer decide to return the machine to us for warranty repairs, we accept no financial responsibility for the carriage or return to base but will provide labour free of charge. The return to base warranty will run alongside the one year Jansen parts warranty.

Damage to the machine caused by poor maintenance, lack-of appropriate maintenance or improper use of the machine is not covered under warranty.
