The Jansen RD-600 crawler dumper is the latest model in the dumper series. The special highlight is the hydrostatic drive!

The chain dumper is self-propelled and the body can be tilted. For this purpose, a hydraulic unit and a hydraulic cylinder have been installed on the machine. With this function, our mini dumper sets itself apart from the competition! The lifting and lowering process takes place within a few seconds. The trough has a maximum size of 1330x620x680 mm.

There are many competitive offers with very similar looking machines. Compare these offers in detail with our RD-600. We deliver a reinforced version of the machine with an also reinforced trough (wall thickness 2 mm). In contrast to many other offers, with our RD-600 the trough on the discharge is straight and not conical - this makes it very easy to dump the bulk material. With tapered troughs, the bulk material wedges very quickly when dumped. The tipping angle of the trough goes beyond 90 °, which makes emptying so much easier!

With its chain drive, this dumper is suitable for particularly rough terrain. Inclines are also possible, depending on the payload. The maximum width of the dumpers is 810 mm.

The drive of the RD-600 has been realized purely hydrostatically - this type of drive offers many advantages:
  • stepless speed regulation
  • linear drive movement with high efficiency
  • high torque
  • safe and fast-acting overload protection
  • very long life
  • low wear, as there is hardly any friction like with conventional gearboxes
  • Starting from standstill possible under full load
  • low maintenance

The 13.5 HP petrol engine from Briggs & Stratton has a very good starting behavior (even at low temperatures) and can be started by an electric starter.

The unique design with the stable driver platform allows the operator to ride comfortably. If the platform is not used, it can also be folded up. Handling is particularly easy and convenient due to the intuitive control.

The machine is ideally suited for the transport of sand, earth, gravel, stones etc. You can load up to 600 kg; here is an overview of the payload and performance:
  • Flat terrain: load up to 600 kg
  • 17% or 10 degree gradient: up to 450 kg
  • 30% or 17 degree gradient: up to 375 kg
