The flail mulcher Jansen AG-180 with hydraulic side shift (approx. 250 mm) is suitable for front and rear mounting! It is characterized by its particularly robust construction. It has a specially reinforced bevel gear and can be used excellently as a mulching mower, tractor mower, etc.

The tractor mower has a mowing width of 178 cm and is driven via the PTO shaft included in the scope of delivery.

With the help of the hydraulic side shift , the mulcher can be moved left and right. For this function you need a hydraulic control circuit on your tractor / tractor because the mower is equipped with a double-acting hydraulic cylinder.




This mower can be mounted on both sides and can therefore be hung on the front and rear three-point linkage of your tractor (Cat. I). Compared to many competitor models with 540 rpm. Working geared, our model has a stable 1,000 rpm. Transmission. This is mandatory for operation on a front PTO!

This mower has the heaviest gear in its class. In contrast to the mowers equipped with light Y-blades, this mower has the best performance characteristics thanks to the high centrifugal mass which results from the heavy hammer blades and the heavier shaft. The 16 specially hardened, 1.2 kg hammer knives shred the clippings to a minimum.

The double spiral rotor with its even rotor load ensures particularly smooth running and long durability with much less effort. Even very tall grass, bushy or straw clippings are no problem with this mower!

In addition, the mulcher is equipped with a very heavy trailing roller and a freewheel gear.

The cutting height can be adjusted using the runners on the side. Pendulum-suspended, galvanized lamellas on the front of the mower deck prevent stones from escaping, etc.

The mower deck is hung in the three-point linkage of your tractor (Cat. I). Your tractor should have at least 45 hp. (Depending on the growth and density of the material to be mowed)
